I spent some time working on a ranch east of Williams Lake in the mid sixties. A friend of mine got a job at a nearby place so we got to spend quite a bit of time together when not working. This shot was taken on a crisp fall day in late October of '64 during one of our hunting expeditions. Note that our "trophies" had been dead for some time--I don't think we saw a thing that trip. Taken with my Brownie Holiday camera and Kodachrome 25 slide film. Not that good a shot by today's standards but, oh, the memories that this brings back...
